Emotional Education workshops

The transnational and national Emotional Education workshops guide young people and youth workers through experiential pathways of music therapy and songwriting. Through creative techniques (theatre, biodanza, musical expression), they encourage emotional management, empowerment and social inclusion, especially for the most vulnerable groups.

Emotional Education and Theatre

The Emotional Education and Theatre workshops turn emotions into art, promoting empowerment and inclusion for the young participants. Through improvisation, role-playing and group dynamics, they improve self-awareness, empathy and self-esteem, reducing stress and isolation while stimulating creativity and prosocial relationships.

Emotional Education and Dance

The Emotional Education and Dance workshops offer transformative benefits for vulnerable young people, fostering psychophysical wellbeing and social inclusion. Through expressive movement and emotional awareness, they improve empathy, stress management and self-esteem.

Songwriting Pilot Course

The national pilot courses of the MusicoTeraPOP project are experiential songwriting and emotional education workshops, organised in Italy, Spain and Romenia for vulnerable young people.

Turin

In the Turin pilot courses, organised by Fermata d’Autobus, experiential workshops are held for young men and women with addictions and for young women who have suffered violence.

Rome

The Rome pilot courses, organised by the Centro Europeo di Toscolano (CET), are aimed at young people with disabilities and Down syndrome and young people with eating disorders.

Craiova

The Craiova pilot course, in Romenia, led by the partner Association of Intercultural Mediators (AIM), is aimed at disadvantaged young people or those at social risk.

Seville

The national pilot course in Seville, organised by ASEDEM, is aimed at young migrants and those facing intercultural challenges.

Streaming music playlist

The MusicoTeraPOP streaming music playlist brings together the best original songs created by the young people taking part in the national pilot courses.
It is an open-access output, available on the project’s digital platforms, and it promotes EU values such as inclusion and empathy through therapeutic songwriting.

European music contest

The MusicoTeraPOP European Music Contest is a closing event (October 2026, Italy) that selects and records the best original songs created in the national pilot courses.
